Change of mind
Changed your mind? You can return any Freebody product within 30 days of delivery for store credit to the full value of the item. It must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Free returns
Returns are free. Email info@freebody.com.au with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Faulty products
If your watch has a mechanical fault, contact us at info@freebody.com.au and we’ll arrange a refund. The 30-day and original-packaging conditions don’t apply to faulty products.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
