Warranty Policy

At Freebody, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every purchase is backed by our 12-month limited warranty, giving you peace of mind with every order.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

  • Faulty movements or internal mechanisms (for watches)

  • Broken or loose watch hands, dial markers, or crown

  • Excessive wear and tear within reasonable use during the warranty period

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, fading)

  • Water damage (unless marked as water-resistant)

  • Battery replacements

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs

  • Lost or stolen items

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate any claim.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at info@freebody.com.au

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description (with photos) of the issue

  3. Our customer care team will assess the claim and provide return instructions if eligible

If the product is deemed faulty under warranty, we will:

  • Repair the item (where possible), or

  • Replace it with the same or similar item (subject to availability), or

  • Offer store credit or a refund (if a repair or replacement is not possible)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty on arrival. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
